Youth Action Services, Inc will match and pair youths with mentors based on academic, career and personal interest. A mentor relationship is critical to advance the mentees’ thinking and leadership development.

Comprehensive background checks are conducted on all mentors, and are key members of the organization. They are provided with training to challenge these individuals in their morals and values, in addition to providing encouragement and guidance.

The mentors and mentees will meet and participate in biweekly fun and educational activities planned by our organization.
